Overtime Improvements

We need your input on overtime improvements.

Your bargaining team is preparing to negotiate potential changes to our overtime (OT) process, and your feedback will directly shape our priorities at the table.

We’re asking all members to take a few minutes to complete a short survey and tell us what improvements matter most to you. This could include:

  • Changes to OT thresholds
  • Overtime compensation
  • How lunch hours are tracked
  • Moving from session-based to weekly tracking
  • Or any other ideas you have to improve the current system

This is a key opportunity to make sure your voice is reflected in bargaining.
