Wear Blue This Wednesday

Make Public Employees the Priority

Imagine a state where every public employee is fairly compensated for their hard work— a Washington where dedication, commitment, and service is met with the respect you deserve. This is the vision we’re striving to achieve, and we need your support to make it happen.

We’re thrilled with the incredible response to our letter-writing campaign. Your words were powerful, resonating across institutions and making an impact at the bargaining table. But the fight isn’t over yet. The State has still not presented a compensation plan that adequately addresses inflation, recruitment, or retention.

We need to keep the pressure on.

This Wednesday, we’re asking everyone to wear blue—any shade of blue—to show that our strength lies in our solidarity. When we stand together, we make it clear that fair wages aren’t just a request—they’re a priority.

Thank you for your continued support. Let’s keep pushing forward together.
