Contract bargaining is continuing, and visibility matters. Wearing blue on bargaining days is a simple way to show unity, support your bargaining team, and remind management that members are paying attention.

Please wear blue on the following upcoming contract bargaining dates:

  • February 12
  • February 26
  • March 12
  • March 26

Whether you are on campus, in the office, or working remotely, wearing blue helps demonstrate collective support. If you are able, consider snapping a photo with coworkers or sharing a quick note of encouragement with your steward team.

These actions are small, but they add up. Bargaining does not happen in isolation. The strength of the contract at the table is tied directly to visible, ongoing member support.

Thank you for showing up, staying engaged, and standing together.
