ULP Update ** Impact Bargaining sessions around Expanded Hours officially began on May 14.

Impact Bargaining sessions around Expanded Hours officially began on May 14. Your Bargaining Team is now meeting with management to address the impacts these proposed changes could have on workloads, scheduling, staffing, work-life balance, and library operations.

This process is important, and member attention matters. Please continue watching for updates from your Bargaining Team as discussions move forward and additional information becomes available.

Members are also encouraged to wear blue on Bargaining Thursdays to help show visible support for the team at the table and for coworkers impacted by these decisions.
