We had a great time at Skagit Valley in Mount Vernon. I handled the grilling while Lance went around and brought people over for burgers. We had a turnout of approximately 20 members, and we also signed up another member who will be paying dues.
At 87 degrees, it was certainly a hot day up here, with just a small amount of smoke in the air. Throughout the event, we had many conversations and answered questions about the current bargaining process and the WFSE walkout. Overall, it was a successful event with strong engagement from members.
