Thank you to everyone who stopped by a Pies and Postcards event and took the time to write to legislators. We had a great turnout and a lot of postcards filled out, which is exactly how we show lawmakers that funding our contract matters to real people doing this work every day.

These actions may feel small, but they add up. When legislators receive stacks of postcards from WPEA members, it sends a clear message that we are paying attention and expecting results.

If you were not able to attend and still want to fill out a postcard, you have not missed your chance. We are doing a second printing now.
