Layoffs and bumping have deeply affected classified staff morale, leaving many employees anxious about job security and the college’s future. In these uncertain times, awareness of the Staff & Faculty Safety Net program is crucial, yet information on how to apply remains unclear.
We called on leadership to prioritize supporting staff and rebuilding morale. To help foster connection and mutual support, WPEA and classified staff leaders will host another Classified Staff Potluck on December 11th.
