Know Your Rights: Union Patches

At Highline, if uniforms are allowed to display any ribbon, patch, or insignia supporting another group, cause, or idea, then you also have the right to wear a union patch.

This ensures equal treatment and protects your right to show union support at work. If you encounter pushback, contact your steward or WPEA staff representative right away.
