Far from the office and often high above the ground, WPEA members at the Department of Natural Resources help maintain the communications infrastructure that keeps critical systems operating across Washington.

During a recent worksite visit, members were installing radio equipment on a mountaintop communications tower surrounded by wind turbines, showcasing the specialized skills, teamwork, and safety practices required for this demanding work.
