Great news for library workers and our communities. The levy lid lifts at both Fort Vancouver Regional Library (FVRL) and Kitsap Regional Library (KRL) have officially passed.

At FVRL, Proposition 1 will protect union jobs, extend open hours, launch a new bookmobile, and help the system catch up after 15 years without a funding increase. At KRL, the renewal secures core services and avoids cuts to staffing or hours.

These wins show what is possible when members organize and communities step up in support.
