On October 15th, all facilities staff assigned to the Yakima campus came together for the One Team, One Campus training. HR provided the training, with an assist from WPEA Staff Rep. Judy Lumm.
The training encouraged better communication and was meant to help employees understand the varying roles and responsibilities of each job class. Many people expressed interest in additional trainings and there has already been discussion around hosting a similar training at Grandview.
