After years of representing members as a Shop Steward, Shelley Withee has officially joined WPEA as a full-time Organizing Specialist for the Department of Revenue. Shelley brings firsthand knowledge of Revenue’s challenges and a deep commitment to strengthening communication between members and their union.

She’s ready to hit the ground running—meeting members, listening to concerns, and helping ensure that every voice is heard at the bargaining table. Please join us in congratulating Shelley as she begins this new chapter supporting DOR employees statewide!
