The state opened with a proposal to delay our previous TA until July 2026—unacceptable. We responded with full proposals and had extensive discussion. They may agree to an MOU to implement non-economic terms next month, with their decision promised by Tuesday. On economics, they’re stalling until the revenue forecast later this month. We meet again July 2.

Member support will be key—sites are ready for pickets and sickouts. We had close to 20 observers, and we need more. Actions showingmember dissatisfaction is vital. Send pictures and video to solidarity@wpea.org and we’ll deliver the message to College leadership and OFM.
