Bellevue College Staff Take Action for a Better Contract

Bellevue College classified employees will walkout with WFSE on Monday, August 31 at noon as higher education bargaining approaches its final scheduled session.

OFM is proposing 0% wage increases in both years of the contract and no targeted classification increases. If the state says there’s no money for us, it should bargain meaningful improvements in our working conditions.

Wear a WPEA shirt or a bright blue shirt (heck, wear a BC branded blue shirt!) and meet at noon in the parking lot between the gym and Kelsey Creek Rd. The faculty union stands in solidarity with classified staff in this action. Signs will be available.
