Bellevue College employees show support for movement at the bargaining table

Today, classified employees and faculty at Bellevue College rallied for a lunchtime walkout with WFSE. Approximately 30 people participated, including members of both WPEA and WFSE Unions and BCAHE faculty. We also had support from construction workers on campus and King County METRO bus drivers passing the rally.

Today is about the workers of Washington who keep the lifeblood of the work going. The better the state of public employees, the better the state of the community.

About 20 BC faculty joined 10 staff to demand a fair contract for classified WFSE and WPEA staff.
