I want to share a quick staffing update with everyone. Ashley Chipman recently left her position with WPEA, and we wish her all the best in her new position. We are still in contact and she is doing well in her new role.

Starting in January, a new staff representative will be assigned to support FVRL members. Judy Lumm is a current WPEA Staff Representative and will be spending the next few weeks working on her current assignments while also shadowing me when possible at FVRL. Judy comes with a strong labor background and has previously represented library members in Oregon. I’m thrilled to have Judy working with this group in the new year.
