Statewide Staff Representative Stacie Leanos is out on extended leave, and during this time, Ashley Chipman will be serving as the Statewide Representative for the Department of Revenue (DOR). Ashley has been the WPEA Staff Rep for Tacoma and brings strong experience and readiness to support DOR members across the state.

What does a Statewide Rep do? The DOR bargaining unit includes over 1,000 union-represented employees, so WPEA assigns a team of representatives to ensure comprehensive support. This team includes both local representatives, who assist with site-specific or regional issues, and a statewide representative, who oversees broader contract administration and provides support across all DOR worksites.

Ashley will now be your main point of contact for statewide matters, contract questions, and support needs beyond the local level.
