We are encouraging members to check-in with your supervisor about your options to either work remotely or have an alternative work plan. New language in the contract, article 17.5, allows members the option to work remotely or an alternative work assignment when the college is fully operational but are experiencing inclement weather that makes commuting to work unsafe.

Your supervisor can assess you position for remote work with this guide:

Clark Remote Work Guide

These options should be planned ahead of time, so make sure you are connecting with your supervisor to learn what options are available to you. We’ve included the Clark College Remote Work Agreement. If your supervisor determines that remote work is feasible, make sure they fill out this form: Clark Remote Work Agreement

If remote work is not available to you, we encourage members to work with their supervisors on creating an alternative work assignment- and make sure you get this in writing!
