Bellevue College stewards met this week to discuss steward coordination, member outreach, workplace concerns, and plans for a more democratic steward leadership structure.
Topics included summer schedule concerns, safety and accessibility issues, parking and transportation impacts, and expanding member engagement ahead of bargaining and organizing efforts. Stewards also discussed new office hours, support processes for sensitive member issues, and upcoming leadership election planning.
